Sterling Silver Falling Leaves Sea Glass Necklace

This stunning necklace features a sterling silver, hand soldered branch and leaves in shades of green and white sea glass. While this piece may look like a short lariat, the glass will not pull through the final leaf. The sterling silver chain is clasped, instead, with a sterling spring clasp.

This piece was created to wear high on the neckline at between 16-18 inches. If you would prefer a longer chain with a lower drop, just let me know and I will be more than happy to change out the chain for you. If you would like a similar design with different colors of glass, I can do that for you also.

What is sea glass? Sea glass or beach glass began life as trashed bottles and broken windows dumped into the ocean. The action of the sand and waves soften the broken edges and frost the glass before it is washed ashore to be found and given a new life. Each piece of sea glass I use was hand picked off the New Jersey shore and then carefully made into wearable art.

Hand Painted Autumn Wedding Invitation Keepsake

Every bride should have her day and something special to remember it by and what is more special than her wedding invitation? But what do you do with it? Keep it in a box and pull it out every so often or proudly display your invitation as a piece of art?

This autumn themed wedding featured beautiful leaves at the top showing her love for the fall season. I had the invitation matted in a matching color and hand painted fall leaves to mimic the small leaves at the top on both the invitation and the matting and added a bit of shimmer to really make them shine. The entire piece was then framed and a simple silver toned frame, ready for a table top or hanging.

This set of 4 coasters hand been hand painted with bright yellow sunflowers to brighten up any room. Each coaster measures 4″ square and has been fitted with rubber feet to protect your furniture.

Each piece has been hand painted on the reverse side which means that the paint has been put on the bottom of the glass, starting with the details and working backwords so that the design shows through the glass. This also means that your drink will not scratch the paint off the coaster so you will have you usable art for years to come.

Yellow Striated Sterling Silver Wrapped Sea Glass Pendant

This is a very rare piece of sea glass, one it is yellow, two it has striations in it. I often wonder what this piece of glass was in it’s former life before it was broken and beaten into it’s present shape. All of our sea glass or beach glass are found locally in Bay Head, NJ on the lovely and pristine private beaches. We then wrap each piece using solid sterling silver wire .925, none of our wire is coated or plated it is solid through and through. Each pendant comes with a a ready to wear sterling silver cable chain or if you prefer something a little more ornate you can check out the Sterling Silver Necklaces from our sister shop Chainmaille By MBOI. This pendant really makes a statement in the sea glass collectors world and would look lovely around your neck. This pendant is one of a kind (OOAK) as the sea glass is found and cannot be reproduced. This sea glass treasure measures just under 2 inches long and just shy of an inch wide.

Coiled Sterling Silver Blue Sea Glass Pendant

Finding treasures, is something we enjoy doing here on the beach. We stroll down along the crashing waves in Bay Head, NJ listening to the thunder of the water hitting the shore. Then all of a sudden someone screams out BLUE! Well that is how this piece made it’s way to our jewelry workshop. This stunning blue sea glass pendant measures just shy of 2 inches long from the top of the bail and a half inch wide in girth. The pendant is wrapped with solid Sterling Silver wire in a coiling pattern as it moves down the piece. All of our pendants come with a sterling silver 18 inch cable chain. If you would like a longer or shorter chain just leave a note at checkout or contact us. Please remember all of our Sea Glass Pendants are one of a kind (OOAK) as all the beach glass is found, so if you’re interested in a custom piece we can try but we are limited by what we have. So artists interpretation has to be taken into consideration, but we have a lot of glass so just ask I’m sure we can create he piece of your dreams.

This set of two heavy glass salt and pepper shakers are hand painted with juicy green grapes, pears, apples and plums all the way around. Great way to dress up your table any time of year! Each comes ready to use with a universal, stainless steel, screw off cap for easy filling.

All of my glassware has been heat cured for durability. Glassware can be hand washed or washed in the top rack of your dishwasher. This means you can actually use it!
